Before his tires even hit the track, Nick had "Assen '15" patched on the back of his mx Korax Impala pant. Because he already knew that this last 2015 GP race held in Assen this past weekend, in his Holland, would give him great emotions.
And which it did... for himself, for all his fans who came to cheer for him at the legendary Moto GP circuit (where they build a really technical sandy mx track) and for everyone in the Honda Jtech team which gave it all the best support to win this title. Nick Kouwenberg is in fact the new 250 class European Champion!
The Korax rider had a 33 points lead before the last round and finishing 3rd on the first moto of the last round he won his title with one moto left. Big emotion and satisfaction for everybody! This victory was in fact, the first continental title for the rider Nick Kouwenberg, his mechanic Alberto Sforza, the Honda Jtech team and for Korax too.
